Welcome to the Music Box!

We are a new school of music that offers all things music including lessons for all ages, summer camp opportunities, mommy and me classes, group sessions, consulting, and more. Located on historic Nobel Street in Anniston, we are deeply rooted in our community and believe in supporting the next great generation of artists!

Our Mission Statement

We believe that all levels of learning can be heightened through the arts. It is our goal to empower our students through music education. We hope to enhance your love of the arts through social and cultural experiences. Most importantly, we hope our students develop the art of performance and musicianship during their time with The Music Box.

After 11 years in the same building...

...we were told that our building had been sold.
For a second we thought... This is the end.
BUT GOD had a different plan.
We can’t contain our excitement any longer… it feels like the kind of joy you remember forever.
We’ve moved into a new building on Noble Street, right next to Tass Thai Cuisine & Boba Tea-a new space filled with familiar sounds, laughter, and the magic that only music can bring.
Inside these walls, you’ll find:

Our musicians have been working hard all semester and it's time to show off! Make sure to purchase tickets for our Spring Recital on March 15th at 5:00 pm.

Full Event Calendar

Come check out our new Mommy and Me: Music and Movement Classes! We offer classes each Wednesday from 5-5:30 and one Saturday a month.

Classes are geared toward parents with children from infancy through toddlerhood and uses a Montessori style of child-lead exploration. Children will get to experience classic nursery rhymes, whole body movement routines, and a variety of munchkin friendly instruments. All while making new friends and getting out all their wiggles!

A great place for music education! Jean and Steven are very knowledgable in their instruction and treat the kids like family. We've been going there for piano lessons for three years and are very happy.
